University of Balochistan will remain close on 22nd September as a protest to HEC Universities Fund Deduction all over the Pakistan. All Universities of Pakistan are going to start protest against HEC's this actions. Furthermore "Govt. has also stopped funding of all the students who are studying in foreign Universities on scholarships and no new scholarships will be provided from now onward". A meeting of VCs of all the Universities of Pakistan with Finance Minister Abdul Hafeez Sheikh was conducted 2 days ago to solve this issue. VCs warned that if required funds were not provided, they are going to "shut down" universities.
Many of the students who are studying abroad are being strongly influenced by this act of the Government and they are to beg for their fees from local people of the countries in which they are studying scholarships and not having funds for their fee payment.
