According to a news, HEC and Government agree on some points on Universities Funds Deduction Conflict's Solution. Government agrees to issue funds for 50% increase in University Employs and Teachers as well as issuing funds for completed projects. No new scholarships will be provided from now onwards.

Result of BS( CS & IT) 7th Semester, Session 2005-2009's result of Terminal Exam of 7th semester announced and displayed on Notice Board of the department. The session is currently taking 8th semester's classes and their Date Sheet of Mid-Term 8th Semester is also announced.

After remaining close for 1 day, as a protest to University Fund Deduction from Government, UOB is re-opened today, The September 23, 2010 and all academic activities are continued again.

All the Universities of Pakistan including University of Balochistan announce to remain close on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 as a protest to Government's refusal to provide funds to Universities which at the moment is extremely necessary for Universities to carry on their academic operation.

In semester 5, BSIT (2007-2011) is having 6 subjects with 2 or more than 2 classes daily. The New Time Table displayed on the Department Notice Board on Monday, September 20, 2010. So, the time table for BSIT 5 (2007-2011) is as under:

New classes of BSIT (2007-2011) 5th Semester has been started. The 1st class of the semester was taken by Sir Zulfiqar Ali on Monday, September 20, 2010 having the subject SE 1 (Software Engineering I).

UOBIANS Group strongly condemns HEC and Government on Fund Deduction of all the Universities of Pakistan. We demand government to provide us the resources for our education which are in need.
Look look look, THIS IS DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT. where students are forced to leave education. Interesting and sad as well.

University of Balochistan will remain close on 22nd September as a protest to HEC Universities Fund Deduction all over the Pakistan. All Universities of Pakistan are going to start protest against HEC's this actions. Furthermore "Govt. has also stopped funding of all the students who are studying in foreign Universities on scholarships and no new scholarships will be provided from now onward". A meeting of VCs of all the Universities of Pakistan with Finance Minister Abdul Hafeez Sheikh was conducted 2 days ago to solve this issue. VCs warned that if required funds were not provided, they are going to "shut down" universities.
Many of the students who are studying abroad are being strongly influenced by this act of the Government and they are to beg for their fees from local people of the countries in which they are studying scholarships and not having funds for their fee payment.
