This update taken from Department on 2nd March 2011 about classes conductance after Winter Vacations:

UOB resumes its academic activities from 1st March after ending of "Winter Vacations". Classes conductance in the Department depends upon the strength of students. However regular classes will be conducted from Monday, March 7, 2011 as most of the students of UOB are from outside the Quetta City and they depend upon the opening of "UOB Boys and Girls Hostel". Students are advised to attend the classes. UOB is open from 1st March 2011.

Good News. . . . Now for the very first time in Balochistan, MSCS/MSIT Program in UOB. Department of CS & IT, University of Balochistan is soon going to offer MS in Computer Science and MS in Information Technology late in 2011.
